The S Waterfront Apartments encompass two six-story structures situated along the Tennessee Riverfront directly across from the University of Tennessee campus in the burgeoning Knoxville South Waterfront neighborhood. The project features floor plans ranging from studios to five bedrooms, each outfitted with contemporary fixtures and finishes.
